Rest, reflection, and recovery aren’t what happen when you’ve “earned it” they’re the foundation that keeps everything else sustainable (and not just as a means to make you more productive!) A common theme across your answers showed that when you slow the pace, you notice more; energy shifts, emotional cues, and what actually feels good.

Intuition is data. There was a strong consensus in the group that when you trust that quiet knowing in your body, instead of waiting for external proof or validation, it helps you make better decisions about training, rest and what genuinely supports your wellbeing. But that acting on this information is often challenging.
